About The Position
Riggs Tree Service, a leader in Right-of-Way & Land Clearing, is seeking experienced Mower/Skid Steer Operators for full-time positions with overtime opportunities. This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for skilled operators who can safely and efficiently run a skid steer with a mower attachment. Top pay is negotiable based on experience, and we offer on-demand pay through Payactiv.
Requirements
- Proven skid steer / forestry mulcher experience
- Knowledge of equipment operation & safety (OSHA)
- Ability to work outdoors in all conditions
- Strong attention to detail & reliability
- Valid driver’s license
- Heavy equipment experience REQUIRED
Nice To Haves
- Forestry mower experience STRONGLY PREFERRED
Responsibilities
- Operate skid steer / compact track loader with mower attachment
- Perform land clearing, brush cutting, and ROW maintenance
- Work in rough terrain (slopes, uneven ground)
- Daily equipment inspections & basic maintenance
- Load/unload and transport equipment
- Support crew when needed
