About The Position

As a mow crew member, you will be responsible for maintaining the outdoor areas of residential, commercial, or public properties by mowing grass, trimming edges, and ensuring a neat and presentable appearance. Your duties will include operating lawn mowers, trimmers, and other landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
• Physical stamina and strength to operate machinery and perform manual labor for extended periods
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies in landscaping

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience operating lawn mowers and landscaping equipment
• Knowledge of basic maintenance procedures for lawn mowing equipment
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record may be required for certain positions
• High school diploma or equivalent
