As a General Manager Trainee, the role involves understanding how to make rental facilities profitable and efficient by managing inventory and equipment, and solving problems as they arise. Managing a U-Haul moving and storage center is described as varied, fast-paced, and rewarding work. U-Haul's motto is 'Hire Fast, Pay Fast,' offering immediate start and payment, including paid hands-on working interviews and a $100 hiring bonus.
