About The Position

PDX Movers is looking for 15-20 Movers / Drivers / Leads who want a highly active role, weekly pay, and a solid crew to work with. Whether you're looking to start a new career or already have moving experience, we'll give you the training and support you need to succeed. If you're looking for a dependable moving job with great earning potential, or you want to work your way into a Driver or Lead position—we have a spot for you.

Requirements

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check in accordance with OAR 740-060-0045.
• Must be in good physical condition and able to lift and carry heavy items (75+LBS).
• Dependable team members who show up ready to roll.
• 5+ years of U.S. driving experience (for driver applicants).
• 2+ years driving experience (for driver applicants).
• Passing our MVR requirements (for driver applicants).
• Must meet all D.O.T. standards (for driver applicants).
• Able to pass a background check (for driver applicants).
• Able to pass a DOT medical exam (for driver applicants).

Responsibilities

• Wrapping, protecting, loading, and unloading customer belongings.
• Working as part of a professional moving crew.
• Assisting with local residential and commercial moves from start to finish.
• Delivering outstanding customer service while safely handling customers' property.
