About The Position

Our client is a fast-growing, creative, and highly respected interior design and home staging company known for transforming spaces with style, efficiency, and attention to detail. Their team works in a collaborative, energetic environment where no two days are ever the same. They are currently seeking a reliable, physically capable, and positive team player to support their staging and logistics team in a hands-on Mover & Staging Support role. This is not a traditional residential moving position - the focus is on carefully transporting, handling, and setting up furniture and décor for beautifully designed homes and staged properties. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in being part of a polished final product, and works well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This position involves assisting with the loading, transportation, delivery, placement, and setup of furniture, décor, artwork, and staging items at residential properties throughout the GTA. Team members play a key role in helping bring design visions to life while ensuring items are handled with exceptional care and professionalism. Hours will initially range from approximately 5-10 hours per week, with the opportunity for additional hours as projects and staging schedules increase.

Requirements

  • Physically fit and comfortable lifting and moving furniture throughout the day
  • Positive attitude with a strong team-first mentality
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional
  • Strong attention to detail and care when handling furnishings and décor
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Ability to take direction while also working independently when needed

Nice To Haves

  • Previous moving, staging, furniture delivery, warehouse, or general labour experience is considered an asset

Responsibilities

  • Carefully load, unload, and transport furniture, décor, artwork, and staging accessories
  • Wrap and protect furnishings to prevent damage during transport
  • Assist with staging setup and furniture placement within homes and properties
  • Support the design and staging team onsite during installations and removals
  • Maintain organization within trucks, storage areas, and staging inventory
  • Ensure all items are handled safely, professionally, and efficiently
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet staging timelines and deadlines
  • Represent the company professionally while working in clients’ homes and properties
