This role is a Mover-Coordinator position with 40 hours per week, on a day shift from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, located at the Southcoast Business Center in Fairhaven, MA. Driving is required on average 3 or more times per week.

Requirements

Completion of 4 years of high school.
Proficient in basic computer skills including Outlook email, MS Word/Excel.
Training and knowledge of and skill in the use of moving techniques.
A Massachusetts state driver's license maintained in good standing with DOT certification.
Three (3) years of moving experience or the equivalent combination of experience and training.
Ability to tow a trailer including being able to maneuver the trailer in reverse.
MA Driver's License (maintained in good standing) including DOT certification.
Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.

Nice To Haves

Massachusetts Hydraulics Class 1 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinating, scheduling, and participating in various moving activities.
Moving clinical equipment that needs proper removal and relocation.
Using the Maintenance & More system to maintain assigned work orders.
Performing general EVS duties as needed to clean up after moving tasks.
Performing general maintenance tasks including disassembling/reassembling furniture and equipment.
Supporting routine general maintenance tasks when move request volumes are low.
