About The Position

Dartmouth Health is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Movement Disorders Neurologist to join their growing team. This position offers a unique opportunity to specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of movement disorders within a collaborative academic environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in patient care, medical education, and research, depending on interest. This is an outpatient position with 32 clinical hours per week, offering 60 minutes for new appointments and 30 minutes for follow-ups. There is no call, nights, or weekends required. The role involves collaboration with neurosurgery, psychiatry, social work, nursing, radiology, and primary care. Eight hours of administrative time are allocated each week. The position includes an academic appointment at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth College.

Requirements

  • BE/BC in Neurology with Movement Disorders subspecialty certification issued by the AMBS or AOA
  • Ability to obtain/maintain NH & VT medical licenses
