About The Position

Paradise Valley Estates, a premier Continuing Care Retirement Community in Fairfield, is looking to employ a Move-In Liaison, who is responsible for assisting future residents of Paradise Valley Estates make decisions regarding finishes and any potential upgrades to their homes, overseeing any unit renovations, and readying units for move-ins. The Move-In Liaison facilitates communication with and provides direction to the Marketing team, other department managers/directors, and outside vendors involved in the unit renovation process.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Proof of valid Driver’s License.
Experience in selections and customization in a construction/developmental project is desired.
Experience working with architects and general contractors is desired.
Must have extensive administrative experience.
Advanced Computer Skills and software knowledge required.

Nice To Haves

College degree in related field preferred.
