The Move-In Coordinator (MIC) will assist assigned FKH Markets in assisting customers through the new resident onboarding process through lease signing and security deposit collection prior to market hand-off for coordination of actual move-in. The MIC position works closely with assigned districts to facilitate resident onboarding process after application is approved in keeping with established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
