About The Position
Caring Transitions of Tulsa helps seniors and families with downsizing, relocation, estate clean-outs, and online auctions. Their work is hands-on, fast-paced, and requires care, efficiency, and teamwork. This role is for a Move Supervisor / Crew Lead to lead the move portion of jobs and support clean-out work as needed. It is a great fit for someone with strong moving experience who is ready to step into more responsibility and help lead a crew on job sites.
Requirements
- Experience in moving, furniture handling, or similar hands-on work
- Comfortable stepping into a leadership role when needed
- Strong work ethic—you’ll be working alongside the team
- Physically capable of lifting and moving furniture
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow through
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate move jobs
- Wrap and protect furniture properly
- Load, unload, and move items safely and efficiently
- Help keep the crew organized and on pace
- Communicate clearly with team members and clients
- Support clean-out jobs as part of the team
