About The Position
Perform a variety of tasks in the moulding process of the blade. This role involves following work instructions to apply gel coat, lay glass and foam, smooth wrinkles, trim glass, assemble root plates with bushings, lay profiles, and place bags over shells. The position also includes completing the infusion process, which involves vacuum checks, initiating infusion, troubleshooting, and monitoring temperatures. Adherence to health and safety guidelines, including wearing designated personal protective equipment, and maintaining 5s standards are crucial.
Requirements
- Ability to lift of carry objects or materials up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to push/pull heavy objects.
- Ability to stand for extended periods on concrete floors.
- Ability to work with hands for an extended period.
- Ability to operate basic hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery.
- Requires usage of respirator.

Responsibilities
