Requirements

Previous experience as a service advisor, preferably in motorsports, powersports, or automotive dealership settings
Strong knowledge of motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, or other motorsports vehicles
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to read and interpret repair orders, service manuals, and warranty documentation
Proficiency with dealership management software (DMS) is a plus
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customers and jobs simultaneously
Valid driver's license required; motorsports endorsement a plus

Responsibilities

Greet and assist motorsports customers, providing expert guidance on service needs and repair options
Write up accurate and detailed repair orders for powersports, motorsports, and recreational vehicles
Communicate repair timelines, service updates, and estimates to customers throughout the service process
Coordinate with technicians to prioritize workflow and ensure timely completion of service jobs
Upsell recommended maintenance services, parts, and accessories to enhance customer value
Process invoices, payments, and warranty claims accurately and efficiently
Build lasting customer relationships to drive repeat business and dealership loyalty
