Requirements

• Proven experience as a motorcycle technician or mechanic preferred.
• Strong knowledge of motorcycle maintenance, repair, and diagnostics.
• Familiarity with a variety of powersports vehicles is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a motivated team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to Indianapolis, IN.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain motorcycles and other powersports vehicles with precision and care.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to keep vehicles running smoothly.
• Keep detailed records of services and repairs to ensure transparency and quality control.
• Collaborate with a team of passionate technicians and sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and techniques in powersports repair and maintenance.
