Requirements

Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends
Ability to stand and work on your feet for up to 8 hours per shift
Motorcycle endorsement required (Must have one or be able to obtain within 30 days of hire)
Successful completion of background check and drug screen
Professional, confident communication and customer-first mindset
Strong organization and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
Ability to learn and retain detailed product knowledge
Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Resilience and adaptability
Retail sales mentality with solid computer skills
Reliable attendance, punctuality, and follow-through

Responsibilities

Guide customers to the right motorcycle or powersports vehicle through strong listening and expert product knowledge
Present model options, features, and value-added products and services
Manage sales documentation accurately and efficiently
Maintain current knowledge of inventory, accessories, financing, and promotions
Handle phone and internet leads professionally and promptly
Enter and manage customer and appointment data in dealership systems
Close deals ethically, clearly, and confidently
Attend required meetings, training, and product education
Follow all safety and security procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
