About The Position
We are seeking a skilled MSD Field Service Technician to join our team in Irving, Texas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing on-site maintenance, repair, and support for MSD (Mass Spectrometry Detector) equipment. Requirements
- Proven experience as an MSD Field Service Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of MSD systems and equipment
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of MSD equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with MSD systems
- Provide on-site repair and support for MSD equipment
- Collaborate with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Maintain accurate records of service visits and equipment status
