ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Performs many of the same duties of Motor Grader, Rough, but in addition performs finish grade work to bluetops or other close specification control. This work is subject to strict inspection and must conform closely to specifications. May oil, grease or otherwise service and make necessary adjustments to equipment as needed. Whatever enhances the operations of the company. OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resources. Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals. Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill.

Requirements

  • Less than a High School Diploma
  • Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items and work with the fingers and perceives attributes of objects and materials.

Responsibilities

  • Operates motor grader.
  • Performs finish grade work to bluetops or other close specification control.
  • Ensures work conforms closely to specifications under strict inspection.
  • Oils, greases, services, and makes necessary adjustments to equipment.
  • Enhances the operations of the company.
  • Complies with all safety policies, practices and procedures.
  • Reports all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resources.
  • Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
  • Provides leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill.
