About The Position

The Martz Group, a leader in motor coach transportation, is currently accepting applications for Part- Time Motor Coach Operators in Fort Myers, FL. The Martz Group is family owned and operated and has been in the motor coach industry for over a century. We are seeking applicants with at least a Class B CDL and Passenger Endorsement who are high performers and looking to join a family owned and operated business. Must be able to read, speak and write English.

Requirements

• At least a Class B CDL and Passenger Endorsement
• Must be able to read, speak and write English
• 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Read, speak and write English

Nice To Haves

• Commercial Driver’s License Preferred
• Air Break and Passenger Endorsement
• Department of Transportation Approved Medical Card
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to communicate effectively to passengers
• Ability to follow route instruction and maps/GPS utilities

Responsibilities

• Operate cell phone/GPS devise
• Trouble shoot minor mechanical problems

Benefits

• Starting rate is $21.50 for entry level experience with an opportunity to start at $25.00 for experienced drivers with at least two (2) years of experience.
• Day rate for charters and overnight trips.
