The Motor Associate is responsible for one or more of the following duties in the assembly of motors. This role involves various specialized functions within the motor manufacturing process, including assembly, testing, painting, winding, encapsulation, rotor assembly, core processing, magnet processing, lamination and commutator bar processing, undercutting/deburring, and commutation device assembly. The position requires attention to detail, adherence to procedures, and the ability to use various tools and equipment specific to each function.
