About The Position

This role involves creating and editing high-quality video content and motion graphics for various applications including brand campaigns, social media, digital marketing, internal communications, events, and partner-facing materials. The editor will transform raw footage, interviews, screen recordings, and design assets into polished, engaging, and strategically aligned deliverables. Collaboration with creative, marketing, and business stakeholders is key to developing concepts that align with brand standards and business objectives. The position requires producing animations, titles, transitions, explainer visuals, and other motion elements to enhance storytelling and audience engagement. Maintaining brand consistency across all visual content, managing multiple projects with deadlines, and organizing project files are also important aspects of the role. Staying current with industry trends and bringing fresh ideas is encouraged.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and related Adobe Creative Cloud tools
  • Solid understanding of editing workflows, color correction, sound syncing, export settings, and video compression best practices
  • Strong visual storytelling skills with the ability to turn ideas into clear, engaging content
  • A solid grasp of design fundamentals, including typography, composition, pacing, and color
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, polished, on-brand work
  • Ability to manage deadlines and perform well in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and a positive approach to feedback and teamwork
  • A self-starter mindset with sound judgment, flexibility, and a solutions-oriented attitude
  • 3+ years of professional experience in motion graphics, video editing, or a related creative role
  • A portfolio or demo reel that showcases a range of motion and video work (required — applications without a portfolio will not be considered)
  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Graphic Design, Animation, Media Production, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with tools such as Cinema 4D, DaVinci Resolve, or similar platforms is a plus
  • Knowledge of data visualization principles and the ability to translate complex information into clear, visually engaging content are desired
