About The Position

Good Inside is redefining parenting by offering personalized guidance, AI-powered support, and a global community, combining strong leadership with innovative technology. Their mission is to help parents raise resilient, confident kids in a changing world. The company is seeking a freelance video designer to create paid social ads that drive acquisition. This role involves making creative decisions to improve conversion rates, understanding what makes ads effective, and transforming raw user-generated content (UGC) into polished direct-response advertisements. The designer will also create motion-graphics-driven ads from scratch and collaborate with the performance marketing team on creative deliverables for platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. This is a fully remote position, requiring up to 10 hours per week.

Requirements

  • Experience concepting and producing paid social ads end-to-end with direct focus on conversion.
  • Confidence working across the full creative spectrum: pure motion graphics, hybrid UGC/graphics, and everything in between.
  • Ability to concept and execute without constant direction.
  • Experience briefing UGC creators.
  • Strong command of Premiere Pro and After Effects (or comparable tools).
  • Sharp instincts around pacing, typography, and visual hierarchy in small formats.
  • Ability to work fast, incorporate feedback well, and deliver clean work under deadline pressure.
  • Experience with fast-turnaround project cycles.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with parenting, wellness, education, or subscription/membership brands.
  • Familiarity with creative testing frameworks (concept + hook + format variation).
  • Experience working in-house or embedded with a performance marketing team.
  • Experience building or contributing to a motion design system (reusable templates, animation principles, guidelines).
  • Familiarity with UI animation or web motion.

Responsibilities

  • Concepting and producing paid social ads end-to-end with a direct focus on conversion.
  • Creating motion-graphics-driven ads from scratch.
  • Transforming raw UGC into polished direct-response spots.
  • Collaborating with the performance marketing team on paid creative deliverables across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Briefing UGC creators.
  • Incorporating feedback and delivering clean work under deadline pressure.
  • Synthesizing motion styles across teams or channels into a cohesive brand look.
  • Working with product/UI assets and evolving them for marketing production.
