This role involves making creative decisions to improve conversion rates, understanding what makes ads effective, and transforming raw user-generated content (UGC) into polished direct-response advertisements. The designer will also create motion-graphics-driven ads from scratch and collaborate with the performance marketing team on creative deliverables for platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. This is a fully remote position, requiring up to 10 hours per week.
