About The Position

Advanced Systems Group, LLC is hiring a Motion Graphics Designer to create animation and dynamic visual content for an industry-leading tech video-sharing platform. The designer will shape the look and feel of projects across different content types, translating ideas into engaging visual work. This is a remote, flex position with variable hours, working as needed based on business needs. Occasional early, late, or event-based support may be required.

Responsibilities

Create motion graphics, animations, and visual assets for instructional, educational, and digital content across multiple platforms.
Collaborate with creative teams, producers, and stakeholders to translate project goals, creative briefs, and content strategies into visual solutions.
Design and animate graphic elements, title sequences, transitions, lower thirds, infographics, and other components that support storytelling and audience engagement.
Edit and assemble video content, integrating motion graphics, visual effects, audio, and other creative elements into final deliverables.
Ensure creative assets align with brand standards, visual guidelines, and project objectives.
Develop graphics that elevate creative briefs and communicate complex information through visual storytelling.
Maintain understanding of platform-specific requirements and best practices across social, digital, web, and video channels.
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.
Work with cross-functional stakeholders to review concepts, incorporate feedback, and deliver final assets on time.
Organize and maintain project files, templates, and creative assets in accordance with established workflows and file management standards.
