About The Position

This is a full time position that provides a salary commensurate with experience and outstanding benefits in a truth and grace filled work enfironment. This role is responsible for the creative direction, design, and execution of all LED screen content throughout the building — including worship environments such as Cornerstone — to ensure alignment with the overall communications strategy, brand standards, and seasonal design themes. The Motion Graphics Designer will report to the Director of Communications and work closely with the Art Director, Lead Videographer, and Communications team to translate ministry priorities and sermon direction into compelling, immersive visual experiences that enhance worship and engagement at scale. This position will collaborate directly with ministry leaders to understand the vision and direction for sermons and other ministry collateral. This position requires creative ownership, systems thinking, and the ability to design motion environments that support live production while maintaining brand cohesion across all channels. The position requires a storyteller who can translate theological and messaging themes into visual language while balancing creativity with technical precision. The Motion Graphics Designer should be a self-starter who takes ownership and initiative to bring to life the vision set by Communications and Worship leaders, and works well as a collaborative teammate within feedback-driven environments.
