About The Position
We are looking for artists with a desire to push boundaries and influence the field of motion design. This role requires a senior compositor with an extensive background in 2D animation, offering expert-level proficiency in both After Effects and Nuke. Deeply experienced in pipeline integration and skilled in After Effects scripting. The ideal candidate will have a showreel demonstrating advanced working knowledge of designing and animating 2D and 3D motion graphics. The role requires strong design skills with a good eye for detail, scale, composition, colour and form, as well as a sound knowledge of typography and photography. The candidate must have a flexible attitude with the ability to think conceptually, technically and strategically, and ensure compliance with company guidelines, deadlines and design standards. The candidate must be competent at working independently and under direction, calm under pressure and committed to meeting project deadlines. They must be able to communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and clients, be adaptable and willing to learn new skills and techniques, and driven to push innovative solutions – including proprietary software. A positive and can-do attitude is essential.
Requirements
- Senior compositor with an extensive background in 2D animation.
- Expert-level proficiency in After Effects and Nuke.

- Highly proficient in After Effects, Cinema 4D, Photoshop and Illustrator.

Nice To Haves
- Previous experience working in an animation pipeline.
- Experience using traditional 2d animation software such as Toon Boom Harmony or TV Paint.
- Basic knowledge of Nuke, Houdini, Maya, Blender or Zbrush.
- Drawing skills and supporting artwork such as a portfolio.
- Illustration, installation, branding, print and packaging design.
- Familiar with high-end post production pipelines and MGFX project workflows.
