Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a skilled Junior Motion GEOINT Analyst/ Motion GEOINT Analyst to join their dynamic team. This role supports DoD and Intelligence Community missions through full-motion video exploitation, Motion GEOINT analysis, and imagery production in a 24/7 operational environment. Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship and active TS/SCI clearance.
• 3+ years of post-schoolhouse intelligence analysis experience with military intelligence training OR a related bachelor's degree with military intelligence training.
• Military intelligence MOS or equivalent background such as IMINT, All-Source, SIGINT, or HUMINT.
• Ability to work 24/7 shift schedules in a high-tempo environment.
• Ability to successfully complete required program training and screening.
• Selected candidates must successfully complete MITIL, Fundamentals & Program Orientation, and OJT.

Nice To Haves

• Motion GEOINT or full-motion video exploitation experience.
• Experience with NGA imagery products and standards.
• Experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community operations.
• Experience with SAP environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-motion video and Motion GEOINT exploitation.
• Analyze multi-spectral, IR, SAR, hyperspectral, and LiDAR imagery.
• Touch-type live exploitation comments with a minimum of 32 WPM and 90% accuracy.
• Produce storyboards, vehicle follows, and 360-degree graphics.
• Create NGA-standard imagery products, reports, and briefings.
• Research and analyze current and historical imagery.
• Support DoD/IC mission requirements and collaborate with intelligence and geospatial teams.
