About The Position

We're looking for a bold, creative mind to help shape standout work for a global B2B tech brand. You'll craft versatile templates and content across regions, spanning 2D/3D motion, video, and whatever medium tells the story best. Ownership and passion are key at 1000heads, so we're after a freelancer with an insatiable drive to create award-winning, innovative campaigns, someone who thrives in a distributed team and can work independently while staying closely connected to our London studio.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Figma and After Effects.
• Motion graphics skills are essential
• 3+ years of design experience within social media
• An intrapreneurial, team-player mindset with a can-do attitude; proactive, self-directed, and comfortable taking ownership
• Flexibility to adapt across a range of brand styles and tones
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good to excellent written and spoken English

Nice To Haves

• Creative or social media agency experience highly desirable
• A design degree or equivalent is preferred but not essential

Responsibilities

• Bring creative ideation and design thinking to the table, solo or as part of a team
• Deliver storyboards, campaign look & feel visuals, and gorgeous fit-for-purpose final assets, on time and on brand
• Work collaboratively with client service and community teams to bring projects to life
• Stay on top of social platform trends and bring that thinking into ideation and concepting sessions
