Requirements

Advanced After Effects. Solid Premiere Pro. Comfortable in Figma.
You study viral videos to reverse-engineer the visual mechanics, not just for inspiration
You know the difference between motion that looks good and motion that performs
You've shipped animation for something that hit millions of views
You actually have taste.

Responsibilities

Own motion execution for viral launch campaigns
Build visual systems (transitions, pacing, motion language) that make our content impossible to scroll past
Collaborate with animators, editors, and creative strategists to make sure visuals and performance goals align
Iterate based on data, not gut feeling
