About The Position

Gupta Media is seeking a Motion Designer who is excited to connect with audiences across multiple visual mediums —digital ad campaigns, OOH, web, events, motion/video, print, social, and other ways we haven’t yet thought of. As a Motion Designer within our creative studio team, you’ll work alongside writers and designers to craft bold and compelling stories that strategically drive connection and engagement. We love people who are driven and hard-working, who love the craft, are team players, can run with concepts, and take feedback well. You are thoughtful, can be nimble when you have to be, but know when to keep going back at it when it needs to be perfect.

Requirements

A related 4-year degree
2+ years of agency experience
Strong visual and motion design skills with a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to extend a visual idea across mediums
Ability to carry projects from concept to completion, working collaboratively across teams on ideation, creation, and implementation
An expert in Adobe Creative Cloud, including After Effects
A strong communicator, able to present your ideas to internal and external teams
Self-motivated and enthusiastic, takes ownership yet seeks guidance and input to elevate their craft
Authorized to work in the US for at least 3 years
