About The Position
This is a full-time position that involves providing mosquito and pest control services to clients, as well as installing and maintaining holiday lighting. The role requires traveling to client locations, surveying properties, applying treatments, and installing/removing holiday lights. The position offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement within a start-up franchise business. The work is primarily outdoors and involves customer interaction, marketing, and sales initiatives.
Requirements
- No prior experience necessary
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a valid driver's license
- Be able to lift a minimum of 60 lbs
- Be comfortable driving throughout the workday
- Enjoy working outdoors
- Be energetic, hardworking & reliable
- Possess excellent communication & customer service skills
- Excel in a position of independence & responsibility
- Be ok with heights of 3 stories or less
- Adhere to safety procedures and protocols

Responsibilities
- Travel to each client's home or business
- Survey each property
- Treat standing water with larvicide
- Apply a barrier treatment to the surrounding landscaping using a backpack sprayer
- Participate in marketing initiatives
- Climb ladders
- Install, remove, and store holiday lighting to residential and commercial properties
- Maintain all holiday lighting through the season
