About The Position

As a Mortuary Transport Technician with The Wilbert Group, your role would involve answering calls from hospitals, funeral homes, and other sources. You would be responsible for commuting to the designated location, receiving human remains, and transporting them in a safe and dignified manner. Compassionate and respectful communication with funeral directors and family members is also part of the job, with training provided to fulfill these responsibilities.

Requirements

Possessing a valid driver's license.
Passing a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
Passing a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

On-call shifts lasting 24 hours.
Receiving calls, gathering all necessary information, and following through with the required actions.
Handling humans remains with care and dignity.
Residing in the Denver metro area.
Ability to work on-call shifts lasting 24 hours.
Availability to work during night, weekend, and holiday hours.
