The role involves managing various aspects of mortgage operations, including loan boarding, payment processing, account maintenance, adjustable-rate management, post-closing processing, and insurance/tax monitoring. It also includes coordinating internal and external audits, researching and resolving accounting/collateral inquiries, and providing customer service support. The position requires adherence to mandatory training on Bank and BSA compliance, as well as other laws and regulations.
