As a Mortgage Solutions Advisor you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our customer portfolio through reactive engagement in both inbound and outbound mortgage sales inquiries. Your focus will be on not only fulfilling mortgage leads but also creating strong relationships with our business partners and our clients. You will fulfill mortgage leads inclusive of purchase, refinance, ports, and early renewal negotiation. You will ensure targets are achieved while maintaining client satisfaction. You will be eligible to participate in CIBC’s year-end incentive award program, Goals, Performance, Success (GPS) and you will receive a competitive base salary. At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You can effectively perform all work activities remotely, and will only be required to be on-site on an occasional basis. We have embarked on an Agent@Home remote work program. All employees are required to meet the Agent@Home program requirements and be able to attend your primary work location within two hours’ notice for any business-related purposes.
