This role is responsible for completing and delivering all required RESPA disclosures on new loan applications. Key duties also include ordering appraisals, title commitments, conducting employment verifications, requesting tax transcripts, and ordering flood certifications, along with other assigned projects and duties.

Requirements

• Must be familiar with general mortgage terms and have knowledge of the documents required for the processing and closing of mortgage loans
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to concentrate in an open and fast-paced environment
• High degree of accuracy and ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to develop relationships with co-workers, attorneys and appraisers
• Must be able to prioritize, follow instructions, take direction from others and work well alone or in a group
• Delivers the highest level of service at all times to both internal and external customers
• Ability to obtain, recall and apply information on various federal regulations that apply in the mortgage industry
• Required to retain and apply knowledge of company policies and procedures on a daily basis
• Must apply common sense reasoning, be able to request assistance from others when needed, and/or rely on judgment, prior experience and discretion to complete tasks associated with established policies, procedures and regulations
• High school diploma or GED required

Nice To Haves

• 1 - 2 years of Mortgage industry related experience
