About The Position

The Mortgage Servicing Support Manager is responsible for overseeing and supporting operational functions within the mortgage servicing department. This role manages servicing systems administration, letter library maintenance, workflow queue administration, change management activities, operational reporting, and project coordination to ensure efficient servicing operations, regulatory compliance, and effective customer communication. The position serves as a key liaison between servicing operations, compliance, IT, vendors, and leadership to support ongoing business initiatives and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Experience administering servicing software platforms and workflow management systems.
  • Knowledge of letter management systems and workflow automation tools.
  • Strong process improvement and operational efficiency experience.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external vendors.
  • Experience with reporting tools and operational analytics.
  • 3 years of Mortgage Servicing experience
  • 2 years in a leadership role.
