Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- A minimum of 1 year in the lending or financial sector.
- At least three years specifically focused on mortgage loan closings.
- Familiarity with South Carolina mortgage lending laws and regulations.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency with relevant software and tools.

- Ensuring compliance with TRID, RESPA, and TILA regulations.
- Excellent communication skills will facilitate collaboration with various stakeholders and enhance member interactions.
Responsibilities
- Play a pivotal role in the loan closing process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and review loan documents.
- Collaborate closely with loan officers, processors, underwriters, title companies, and other departments to resolve any discrepancies and address loan-specific issues.
- Act as a liaison between relationship staff and members.
- Build comprehensive loan packages.
- Schedule closings.
- Ensure all parties are informed and prepared for the closing meeting.
- Notify branch staff about loan statuses.
- Educate members on their loan products and processes.
- Perform quality control checks.
- Manage post-closing activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Streamline operations.
