About The Position
Bankers' Bank is seeking an engaging Mortgage Servicing Representative to join our team in the Mortgage department of our Madison, WI headquarters office. This position services a mortgage loan portfolio, including answering calls from borrowers and correspondent banks and processing payments for insurance and taxes.

Responsibilities
- Processes payments, payoffs, satisfactions and late notices.
- Disburse insurance and tax payments.
- Review new loans in MS for accuracy and send new loan packets to borrowers.
- Analyze escrow.
- Pay and balance property mortgage insurance (PMI) and United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) remittances.
- Daily and monthly balancing, reporting and close out.
- Assists with year-end closeout of MS.
- Investor reporting, remitting and reconciling.
- Review loan file documentation in document management software.
