This is a full-time, hybrid career opportunity based out of our Administrative Services Center location in East Petersburg, PA. The primary responsibility of this position is to supervise a group of employees engaged in Consumer Mortgage Servicing, may include but not limited to escrow administration, loan transaction processing, loan maintenance, investor reporting, new loan boarding and customer statements and notices. Oversee the execution of departmental operating procedures to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance, evaluate procedure effectiveness and recommend adjustments as necessary. Responsible to manage and coach team to deliver on established Service Level Agreements while operating in alignment with Key Performance Indicators ("KPI") and within the established risk threshold. Promotes a culture of continuous improvement toward delivery of a productive, positive, and professional customer experience.
