Requirements

  • Proven experience as a producing Mortgage Loan Officer
  • Strong understanding of loan programs, guidelines, and relationship-based business development

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Production Coaching Mentor and support loan officers in building consistent referral relationships
  • Help team members improve business planning, pipeline management, and production strategies
  • Foster accountability and a strong performance culture
  • Recruiting & Market Expansion Identify and attract experienced loan officers seeking a more supportive and growth-focused platform
  • Share the EquiMax vision and help candidates see how they can build their business within the brokerage
  • Participate in building a scalable recruiting pipeline
  • Growth Execution Help increase team production through structured coaching and leadership engagement
  • Collaborate with ownership on expansion strategies and new market opportunities
