About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Mortgage Retail Sales Coordinator to support the Mortgage Retail Sales team with administrative, marketing, and sales tasks. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with current and prospective customers, performing administrative, transactional, operational, or customer support tasks related to mortgage sales, and receiving direction from consultants or managers. The position requires interaction with customers and individuals within the Mortgage Retail Sales functional area regarding mortgage sales and the selling process. This SAFE position has customer contact and job duties that may include offering/negotiating terms and/or taking an application for a dwelling-secured transaction, requiring compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and related regulations, including meeting Loan Originator requirements under Regulation Z. Ongoing employment is contingent upon meeting all such requirements, including acceptable background investigation results.

Requirements

2+ years of Mortgage Retail Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Experience in Mortgage Retail Sales, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education (for Europe, Middle East & Africa only)
SAFE registration at the time of employment
Meeting the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) website (http://fedregistry.nationwidelicensingsystem.org) MU4R questions and registration required for employment in this position
Meeting the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau qualification requirements and comply with related Wells Fargo policies
Meeting applicable financial responsibility, character, general financial fitness and criminal background standards
Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening, if necessary
