About The Position
LendingHouse is seeking experienced recruiters, mortgage professionals, and industry connectors who know how to identify and attract top-producing loan officers. Requirements
- Previous mortgage recruiting experience preferred
- Strong network within the mortgage industry
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
- Comfortable working remotely
- Driven by performance-based compensation
Responsibilities
- Recruit licensed mortgage loan officers nationwide
- Build relationships with producing originators and branch managers
- Present LendingHouse's compensation plans and platform
- Guide candidates through the onboarding process
- Maintain recruiting activity within our CRM
