The opportunity is suited to both experienced professionals and people new to the industry; training, mentorship, systems, and lead support are provided. Agents connect with prospective clients who have expressed interest, assess their needs, prepare tailored coverage options, conduct consultations virtually or in person, assist with applications, and support clients through underwriting.
