About The Position
South Central Bank is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of a Full Time Mortgage Processor in their Ops Center. The Mortgage Processor will be responsible for collecting the necessary processing documentation to complete a pre-underwrite on loan files. Also, the Mortgage Processor will clear and/or aid in the removal of any outstanding title, subordination, or release issues. In addition, the position will be responsible for performing appraisal reviews and the calculation of borrower income.
Requirements
- Three to five years of processing experience
- Data Entry, computer and typing skills
- Ability to work effectively under time constraints and to work overtime when required
- Aptitude for figures and detail oriented
- High-school diploma
- Ability to multitask in a high pressure and time sensitive work environment
