Responds to customer inquiries and assists in the servicing department by performing a variety of duties related to post-foreclosure processes. This includes managing liquidation loss claims, invoice processing backup, handling evictions and REO property disposals, processing short sales and deeds in lieu, managing property preservation, and performing monthly default reporting. The role also involves providing excellent customer service to homeowners, bankers, and vendors, and performing clerical duties such as filing and imaging documents.
