About The Position
Provide quality, accurate and timely customer service regarding the review of closing documentation on mortgage loans as required by investors, agencies, and company policy.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-4 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Microsoft Office suite
Responsibilities
- Review loan documentation for accuracy and proper completion
- Upload reviewed packages and follow up on outstanding documentation with title companies and investors
- Prepare Promissory Notes for safekeeping
- Package closed loan files and prepare for shipping in accordance with investor instructions and procedures
- Reviewing investor websites to determine if further documentation required or if further follow up required
- Prepare and submit check requests to accounting
- Obtain and submit conditions to investors upon request in accordance with investor instructions and procedures
- Monitor submission of documents to investors
- Monitor due dates and adhere to deadlines
- Remit final documents in accordance with instructions and procedures and within the time period required
- Comply with bank policies and procedures, regulatory requirements and investor guidelines
- Performs all other duties as assigned
