About The Position

The NEO Academy Program is an immersive, hands-on training program designed to provide a true introduction to the mortgage industry and how all aspects of the business work together. Associates will gain exposure to Operations, customer experience, workflow management, mortgage fundamentals, and the technology that powers the modern mortgage process. Throughout the 90-day Academy, Associates will receive structured training, mentorship, and real-world exposure to help build the foundation for a long-term career within NEO. The program is designed for individuals early in their professional journey who are eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term future within mortgage. This is a career launch opportunity, not just a job. Upon successful completion of the program, Associates may be considered for placement into roles such as Junior Loan Specialist or Production Partner based on performance, strengths, and business needs.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1–3 years of professional experience preferred
• Customer service, hospitality, banking, finance, sales support, or operations experience is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Comfortable learning new technology and systems quickly

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to Operations, customer experience, workflow management, mortgage fundamentals, and the technology that powers the modern mortgage process.
• Receive structured training, mentorship, and real-world exposure.
• Learn mortgage fundamentals and loan structure.
• Develop customer service and professional communication skills.
• Understand workflow and pipeline management.
• Gain an introduction to mortgage Operations and Sales Support functions.
• Participate in real-world process training through “The NEO Way”.
• Gain hands-on experience within Tinman, NEO’s loan origination platform.
• Receive team collaboration and borrower experience training.
