Responsibilities

Partner with Loan Officers to guide borrowers through the mortgage application process.
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth borrower experience.
Collect, review, and analyze required loan documentation to support loan approvals.
Assist with income calculations, asset reviews, and documentation validation.
Manage mortgage applications from pre-application through post-application stages.
Update and maintain loan operating systems and application records.
Work within a structured pipeline environment, managing a portfolio of approximately 45–60 active loan applications.
Prioritize tasks and assignments through a personal work queue while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Communicate with clients daily via phone and virtual channels to obtain information, answer questions, and move loans forward.
