About The Position
Utah Housing Corporation (UHC), located in West Valley City, Utah, is seeking to hire a full-time Special Loans Analyst I to support the Mortgage Servicing Department. This position is responsible for processing specialized loan servicing activities, maintaining accurate loan information, and assisting borrowers with servicing-related requests and inquiries. This position plays a key role in customer service, loan maintenance, regulatory compliance, and operational functions while helping UHC fulfill its mission of serving Utah's housing needs through finance and innovation. Requirements
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- At least three years of customer service, mortgage servicing, or call center experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Processing specialized loan servicing activities
- Maintaining accurate loan information
- Assisting borrowers with servicing-related requests and inquiries
- Mortgage servicing activities including loan maintenance, borrower and investor updates, assumptions, modifications, servicing transfers, customer inquiries, and specialized servicing functions.
