About The Position

Detail-orientation, accuracy, and a heart for internal customer service are the attributes we are looking for in the next associate to join our Mortgage Loan Servicing Team. As a Mortgage Loan Servicing Specialist, you utilize industry experience and knowledge to provide support to lending personnel and all other internal customers, creating and maintaining complete and accurate loan files.

• Knowledge of automated underwriting and agency guidelines.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel.
• Knowledge or strong desire to learn facets or core servicing software and loan products and services.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in Encompass, DecisionPro, AUS, LaserPro, GUS.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding and servicing loans in the Fiserv Premier system while ensuring compliance with agency, investor, and regulatory requirements.
• Processing payments, escrow disbursements, payoffs, and collateral releases.
• Preparing reports and assisting with audits.
• Collaborating with internal teams, investors, and customers to resolve issues and support timely loan purchases.
