Semper Home Loans, a growing national mortgage lender, is seeking a Mortgage Loan Processor for its headquarters team in Providence, RI. Requirements
- 2-5 years as a Mortgage Processor or Loan Officer Assistant.
- Strong grasp of credit policies, underwriting, and closing procedures.
- Exceptional multitasking, organization, and deadline management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Nice To Haves
- College degree preferred.
- Encompass LOS experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with Fair Housing Regulations preferred.
Responsibilities
- Process and prepare mortgage loan files from initial application to final approval.
- Ensure compliance with bank, investor, and regulatory guidelines.
- Deliver top-tier customer service.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for borrowers, internal teams, and third-party providers.
- Resolve inquiries and collect critical documentation.
- Manage a high-volume pipeline (35+ active loans) with accuracy and efficiency.
- Utilize advanced knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, VA, FHA, and USDA programs.
