About The Position

You will join our Mortgage Operations team in Miami and manage mortgage loans from application to closing. Your mission is to make each loan move fast, with complete and compliant files, and a great experience for our clients — many of them Brazilians and foreign nationals buying property in the U.S.

Requirements

• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Experience in mortgage processing (3+ year).
• Advanced Excel.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Available to work on-site in Miami.

Nice To Haves

• Portuguese and/or Spanish.
• Experience with foreign national, non-QM or DSCR loans.
• Experience with a Loan Origination System (e.g., Encompass) and CRM.
• Active use of AI tools.
• Mortgage processing courses or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Collect and review completeness of borrower documents (income, assets, ID, property).
• Build and organize loan files for underwriting.
• Order and follow up on appraisal, title, insurance and other third parties.
• Keep borrowers, loan officers and internal teams updated on loan status.
• Make sure every file is complete, compliant and audit-ready.
• Help improve and automate processes, using AI tools in daily work.
