The role is positioned inside the office or offices where the business happens, designed for MLOs who value both advanced technology and classic relationship-based lending. The position offers daily visibility to active buyers, high levels of agent engagement, consistent opportunities to develop meaningful referral relationships, and a collaborative, supportive environment. The role provides access to a fully branded app for borrowers and agents, real-time integration with pricing, credit, and LOS systems, automated communication flows, modern presentation tools, and an AI-powered scenario desk. Marketing support includes a marketing portal for flyers, collateral, signage, stationery, swag, monthly marketing credits, a social media content portal, in-house marketing support, and co-branding opportunities. Operational support includes in-house processing and underwriting, strong communication and responsiveness, transparent workflows, leadership that works closely with the sales team, and a culture centered around growth, service, and efficiency.
